For those keeping score at home, le Sarrasin is still kicking ass.
I've also had the pleasure of drinking Sue a couple of times in the last 6 months. It wasn't included in the tasting, but it wouldn't have taken a backseat to many of the beers there if it had been.
Anyone have an idea of how much Genealogy there is? Gone by Saturday?
drink them whenever you want man... there will always be more awesome beer. Even if it's not the same one.
yup.... but don't know for sure when it's fromI left a bottle of Anna at a buddy's place. I had him send me a picture and it does not have a batch number or bottling date on the label. Anyone have one of these? I did not see anything on the excel sheet. Maybe from 2013, but not sure.

Oh man the trade value is gonna be crazy if only they wouldve just used machines to peel the mangoes id be able to afford trading for it.
same, actually.shocked they are even doing the CD series for takeout.. half figured after 13 was in house they would all be in house
If memory serves me right, it's a different blend....
Could be. Either way I'm thirsty. I eat a whole Ataulfo Mango everyday they are in season
Taste is subtle and varied, all the saison flavors are there, gin has a touch of a bite but mingles nicely, barrel is minimal... Base beer has a lot of awesome citrus and peachy stuff going on that plays very well with the gin. It'll probably be a pretty polarizing beer but I'm into it, big time.
As opposed to ******* puree like so many other breweries. Not sure why that is the thing people decided to focus on but what other way should we have described a group of 6 people spending 5 hour processing mangos?Hand Peeled? as opposed to machine peeled?
(Can't wait)
