I still remember the Beatification batch 6 release in December 2013, when everybody was freaking out and all bundled up because it was 50 degrees!

this batch of anna is great right out of the gate.

Anyone else a bit disappointed with Dorothy? b1 fresh and with a little age did nothing for me. Hoping b2 was changed a little. Potential was there but it just wasn't up to snuff for HF,imo.

so no change in Dorothy? I liked it but b1 definitely needed time to come around

I'm trying to picture it with citra/galaxy/nelson/mosaic, one of the fruity new-age hops....think it would be killer.
I could see that working very well. Use a base similar to Arthur and dry-hop, sort of like a non-BA version of Juicy.

I did like b1 Dorothy a lot, but I was kind of amazed at how the hops basically just delivered bitterness. Like others have said, a super hopped HF saison with very fruity, tropical hops sounds amazing. Maybe those hop flavors get lost with the flavor of the HF saison yeast and it's not all that possible, I have no idea. But the potential is there I think.

FWIW, I've had Dorothy every few weeks since release and I think it's gotten better each time. Bitterness is falling off a bit.

Exactly my thoughts, hoping the bitterness goes way down this go round
