Ann was released two years ago on the 14th of this month. I know because my wife was due two weeks later with our first who'll be turning two later this month. I went to the release and my wife was a lil irritated since the cell service is so shoddy up there.Had Ann with a buddy last night. Way way different than I remember. Last time I had it it was 3-4 months in the bottle.
Brett had taken over but there was still quite a bit of oaky/vanilla notes up front and a ton of wine barrel came out as it warmed. Nose was all Brett. Personally think it had seen better days when it was a little brighter from the wine barbell but it's hard to imagine it is over 3 years old at this point too!

Probably something for the early peopleAnyone know if something will replace Anna today? I have a few friends on their way up, they just woke me up pissed that Anna is sold out and nothing else is on the site. I told them that they may get lucky.
Nah, I didn't love the beer that much.Did you name your daughter Ann?
I've been MIA from this thread for the last couple weeks, were there any reports of Anna magnums? If so, where do I sign up to sell my soul for one?
I believe it will be Florence >> Arthur >> Convivial Suarez ... could be wrong as I'm basing it all off memory from recent HF tweetsAnyone have an idea which of the 4 "main" saisons could be up next? I got a crate that needs refilling!![]()
Yes, really wishing I had one or two to open today. Low alcohol (4% if I remember correctly) and just full of flavor.Clara (the wheat Grisette if I remember correctly) was a damn awesome warm weather drink.
It's like Arthur lite...but in a good way.Yes, really wishing I had one or two to open today. Low alcohol (4% if I remember correctly) and just full of flavor.
I agree -- and like it a lot more than Arthur. It and Florence are my favorite non-barrel aged saisons. It's like Arthur lite...but in a good way.
Anyone have info on FoFa lottery registration?
I was thinking the same thing, but my buddy was up on Thursday and asked about it. They said everything is still on, and there will still be a lotto (online only). But he didn't get any other info.It looks like they took the page down on ticketalternative. It had been up, but the comments section at the bottom said something about ticketing being "postponed indefinitely." I'm worried that they're thinking that construction will continue to make a festival unfeasible.
Last year it was released at the FoFa in August, but I'm not sure that he's attached to it as an August tradition necessarily.
was in 12' I know thatIt's always at FoFA as far as I know
