It isn't wishing death, he was simply making a joke. I know Adam isn't the biggest fan of Shaun, but I don't think he meant him or his family ill will.

He has now. I think it wasn't sided before because he knew the expansion was coming - the part that wasn't sided is where part of the expansion was added.

EDIT: unless you're talking about that small part on the side near the apex, in which case I have no answer for you.

Not sure but I saw the 375ml OG on shelves in VT this last week for $10.
