Last years was...interesting. If you like Gin it's definitely for you. Now I know what to expect. (A lot of juniper)

Funny to read this, as my experience was the opposite. I wished that there was more juniper... I enjoyed the bottle I had at HF, but I wouldn't go out of my way to have it again.

Seemed to be some variation in b1 bottles. We opened two next to each other, and they were noticeably different but both awesome. Looking forward to b2.

Had one onsite and one at home 2 months later. They seemed close. The first I had, the juniper took over anything else I could taste pretty much, and whether it was me knowing what I was getting into for the second bottle or it being little less juniper, I enjoyed it a bit more.
Went to Caledonia Spirits finally last time up and enjoyed the tasting there and small tour. The Tom Cat Gin was a favorite of my wife and I. The raw honey is spectacular too! It was nice to taste the gin and talk to employees to understand their product more.

Hey does anyone know if the 750ml of recent Juicy is the same batch as the 375ml this year? There were two released this year and forget the bottling date on the 375 version. Thanks!

Heard the are the same batch, but who knows if that's accurate. I can check the date later...

I had a 750 of juicy about a month ago and it was straight fire.

Separately, who is the current Hill Farmstead emissary patrolling this thread? I’m planning my wedding for March and would like to inquire about securing some beers for the reception.

I’d call the shop or email Phil - we had to arrange to have our bar caters make the purchase since they were serving it but Phil was awesome and worked with them to arrange that end and I drank a ton of Edward and it was amazing.

Confirmed. Our caterer made the purchase as well. Edward at my wedding was spectacular!

PhilSaid would be the man with the plan

One of my greatest beer experiences I've had recently is drinking this tonight while reading the shitshow going on at Trillium. It was in my fridge for tomorrow but it just fit too perfectly today.

Thank you, Hill Farmstead. Keep doing everything right.

Best way is to email [email protected]. Phil and I can both assist you from there!
