That we did. Rented 3 canoes and a kayak from Mad River Canoe, they dropped them off and picked them up. Our site wasn't close. We paddled several trips as we had coolers full of food and beer, and we hauled a ton of firewood over. The way back was much easier as we stashed the gear in empty coolers.

Did you call for a campsite reservation? Did it seem like all the sites were full when you went? Thanks for the info!

The place was not even close to full, and the sites are super spread out. You really have it all to yourself.

Youmakemehoppy set it up, maybe he can chime in about reservations. I'm sure it was reserved in advance.

Oh...about a dozen seats remain for the FOFA charter. If you haven't reached out about securing a spot, this will sell out...

Posted this in the ISO but looking for some cans to take the beach on vacation second week in July. Have some schramms and or cash label. Let me know. Thanks :)

I am supposed to head out Weds but getting to Waterbury around 8pm... so I'll be at HF on Thurs

Decent chance I do Waterbury for dinner/beers on Wednesday night, I'll let you know if so. Might wind up being lazy and staying in the NEK. May also depend on how early/late I get up there tomorrow. Either way I'll see you up there at some point!

Just checked into my AirBnb, wow this is great. Quaint little cabin in West Glover, perfect spot to relax, really exactly what I needed. Hit up Willey's first for provisions - Harbison is on sale 10 bucks a wheel (4 off I think) for anyone coming up.

If anyone is around and wants to shoot the ****, I'll be heading to Parker Pie around 6 for dinner and beers (dark blue Trillium shirt). And would love to share some bottles at Hill tomorrow. On the off-chance any CW members are going to be around, and want to share something on the "wood list", holler at me. ;)

So I'm drinking Aaron, Anna, George, and Everett, among a bunch of other really good beers. I know this will make me come off as an HF fanboy, but I don't really care:

Shaun Hill is easily the best brewer in the world. There's honestly no one else remotely in his class, in my estimation. These beers are so much better than anything else I've had, in their styles, and this is true across so many different types of beer. It's just unbelievable the degree to which I enjoy these beers more than other representations of the same style. I don't say this lightly either. It would be convenient if I didn't need to drive a thousand miles for my favorite beers, but that's just the reality of the situation.
