How much is a room a night there right now? Mostly figured a house, even in Stowe would be considerably cheaper. House is around $100 total per person for 2 nights

Was mostly joking. At $100 for 2 nights Stagecoach can't really compete. For that price I'll take a short drive for that plate of huevos rancheros. .

During college My buddy got booted from the Cabot creamery outside Stowe for having "too much cheese". This was post powder runs at Stowe.

HF-related: split E. onsite with my wife yesterday and the taco truck was clutch. The weather was beautiful. I've been to hill numerous times and it was empty yesterday. Service was top notch, as always.

Some dude did fill 70+ growlers; I thought about you Don but didn't think you were making the trip this week.

Random thought AutumnBeerLove - any chance the 16 oz Willi Becher glass will ever return? Have wanted one for a while. I'll happily buy several if you're on the fence. Along with the HF stem, this is my go to glass style.

OG Willis from years ago? I remember buying those as a customer... they broke fairly quickly.

The durobor glass will not be returning. They changed manufacturers and the quality went downhill and began coming in with a sharp stem and sometimes loose chunks of glass stuck to the inside wall of them.
So no, those won't be back.

Yes...OG Willis....I knew the story of the Durobor and handle mine with care. Please bring back the OG Willi.

Next Wednesday, May 17, we release a new batch of Genealogy of Morals (Genealogie der Moral) in our retail bottle shop.

Genealogy of Morals, the name of one of our most coveted Nietzschean narratives, also happens to be one of our barrel-aged imperial stouts. We brewed this wheat imperial stout, added a touch of coffee, and aged it in a selection of bourbon barrels from our favorite distillers. After 20 months in these barrels and many months of bottle conditioning, this beer is ready for release.

500ml, limit 2 per person (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy).

Are there any plans for a bus heading to the FOFA CW breakfast? I'm looking to nail down a place to stay for the weekend and want to figure out if I should look in Glover/Waterbury/Stowe. Any ideas?

I will be facilitating the charter bus again this year to FOFA. It will be open to all ticket types and arriving at, or just prior to, 10:30 in time for the CW Breakfast. Those without tickets to the CW event, will have time to purchase bottles in the bottle shop, store the bottles on the bus(remaining on site for the duration of FOFA) and be near the head of the line.
I'll officially open this up once the lottery is over and ticket notifications have gone out. Details on cost and sign up will be released at that time as well.

Signed up for that FoFA lottery. I wish there was a way I could get my rejection expedited so I can move on with my life.

I was also thinking about starting a support group for the perennial FoFA lottery losers. Maybe call it Collected Dorks or Rejected Dorks or something.
