Has everyone listened to Good Beer Hunting's podcast with Shaun Hill? If not, it's absolutely fantastic, really opens to your eyes to what goes into every drop of liquid coming out of that place. By far the most I've ever heard Shaun speak of the brewery, past, present and future.

listened the other day during work.. i like his i'm not at liberty to discuss responses to some of the questions, haha... i would have liked to have heard the answers had he been at liberty to discuss. Was cool to hear about the batches after the new system and how he agreed they weren't so good. I remember having a Susan growler a friend got back when the expansion had first started and being shocked at how it didn't resemble Susan or even a HF beer.

Hope to make it up around Christmas time... not able to get up there till then... and with the list of all the bottles available right now, that makes me sad

Yeah.. I just hope that many of the bottles will still be available to people who didn't get into the Collected Works club. Bottles like Gin Soigné, Flora, etc.

BDK82 It was the original batch of BG&E. It wasn't too busy early at Hill today. A really fun & easy going visit with beautiful weather.
And thanks to Os piquing my friends interest, I finally got to tick Parker Pie.

There is a woman working behind the bar that has been there a long time and I don't remember her name. She was super kind to me last week. I met her three years ago along with another guy that was also there. Awesome people. Just a shout out to them if they participate here. I as well took a visit to Parker Pies and definitely will return again.

I thought it was a little high for the GoM but about what I would expect for the Flora P/P
