anyone had a Leaves of Grass yet? how's the green tea in it tasting?
also, what the **** is apple water?

Just in case anyone wants to get super nerdy here- my group is doing a tasting w/ partial verts of all the "shelf" HF saisons - I think we're past the point of being able to drink all the batches we have at this point anyway, but I went a little down the rabbit hole doing research to try to identify as many different bottled batches as I could. Figured I might as well try to crowdsource some of those that I don't have info on - I put together a spreadsheet here: HF saison batches.

This is, for the most part, not nearly complete* (and will never be in terms of actual batches because of draft batches, unlabeled bottles nobody took notes on, etc.), but if this interests anyone at all and you have/have evidence of a batch that's not on this list, please feel free to add!

*That being said - I think this does have a complete list of Edith and Convivial Suarez batches.
Anyone know which bottlings of Dorothy correspond to the various treatments? (ie when did it switch to 100% brett, wasn't one citra/equinox?)

can't speak on the brett part but there has been a ?Citra?, Mosaic and Citra/Equinox versions all in the last year

Pretty sure 8/2014 is B1 (not 100% brett), 5/21/2105 was 100% Brett + Citra?, 8/13/2015 is the current ambiguous bottling and 9/3/2015 is Table Dorothy (different label). Those are all of the bottles I've had though. Curious whether anyone actually kept track. I think the next bottling following 5/21/15 might have been the Mosaic so a July bottling?

We all drank all of our bottles fresh as instructed though so it shouldn't matter, right?

5/21 was Mosaic

interesting. didn't the website specify Mosaic for that batch and Citra/Equinox for the following?

The one thing I've learned over the years is Hill is all about brevity over being really clear in his descriptions on social media and his website. I would not doubt he said Mosaic for one batch without saying citra when it was really the situation described on twitter.

On the chance nobody posted a pic yet, the new taproom yesterday

Also, be interesting to see how long the no growler limit change holds up. People showing up with coolers full of growlers to be filled yesterday, some with 2.

No limit should stay in place. Why would it need to change? For every guy with a bunch of growlers there is person who has never been to the brewery before getting a small amount of growlers.

I assume you're joking. Having been there yesterday there was no one with one or two growlers to be filled, while there numerous people dragging coolers full of growlers Unless there was some problem with the eqiluipment yesterday, when I was there which was early the line was moving very slowly. I'm assuming this was due to the people with 12 plus growlers to be filled. But I could be wrong.
