Maybe it's just because I'm used to it and I hate change, but I like the old one better.

I like the older label better because the logo is more prominent.

I liked the old label much better, too. I like the text inside the logo. It's possible that he wanted to keep the font size/look consistent among different beers, and you can't do that if you have to fit the name within the logo.

One advantage of the new look is that there's certainly more descriptive text about the beer itself. Since his logo is so well-known now it's fairly unnecessary to have "Hill Farmstead Brewery" right there on the front.

This might be true but I would say Vera Mae is the longest name in the HF series...
Edit: Florence technically has more letters but there's no space in between so it's a wash. Nordic Saison doesn't count and Phenomenology is a different label altogether.

I know the correct response to what I'm about to ask is probably "go post an ISO thread in the ISO:FT forum" etc. but it's such a silly request I'd feel even dumber doing that:

Can anyone hook me up with a -single- can of Focal Banger?

I've already had it and anticipate drinking some on-premise, but a few of my friends down here desperately want to try it. I've tried to little avail to explain that outside of the occasional truck sale it's on-premise only and that greasing the bartender's hand with a 20 is probably not going to result in leaving with an unopened can. Have plenty of beer to offer if anyone still have a can from the last public release.
