High Humidity on Brewing Day?

Will it have much effect on the beer if the house is airconditioned? i want to brew tonight after work

No. Most of us brewers have air conditioning these days.

allright thanks. set the house temp for $68 and washed my brew kettle so that it will all be ready when it's time to brew. have to pick up some supplies at the homebrew shop but they don't open until 5:30 tonight which really sucks. i want to do it tonight so I don't have go be paranoid about whether my beer is fermenting or not and just wake up in the morning and hope it's fermenting

AC actually reduces the humidity by quite a bit, anyways.

Could be a pretty late night! Don't let yourself feel rushed for time, you tend to make fewer "dumb" mistakes when you are not rushing!

68° in the house sweet, my SWMBO hates it when the temp gets below 74°. lol

waiting for fedex to deliver my equipment so i can go out and buy some star san. i found a place in IL that has some. the only other place in indiana that has them doesn't open until later tonight
