I can affirm that the Blichmann false bottom works very well with a wide open March 815 pump with an appropriate crush.
I don't see why you couldn't do all of it. I've never conditioned my grain, made the mistake of buying 10 lbs of rice hulls so I have a lifetime supply, but from what I've read conditioning eliminates the need for hulls for most beers so it would be overkill to both condition grains and use hulls. Unless there is a drawback to too loose of a grain bed?Is there a reason to not just "do it all". Theres a bunch of recommendations and methods to improve flow. Is the cost prohibitive or too much work involved?
Use a false bottom, condition grains, and use rice hulls. Seems that all of the options have consensus that they help.
