Hi all,

I've been stalking this site for years building my knowledge of brewing. I started brewing a few years ago with a buddy, but for a bout a year now on my own. I reside in the high desert of New Mexico. I've yet to brew the same recipe twice. I tend to enjoy brewing recipes from the beginning of time up till the days of prohibition. My Fiancé let me buy all my brewing gear after saying I wanted to brew all the beer & wine for our wedding. I brew strictly all-grain and avoid plastic at all costs (except my bottling bucket & auto siphon.) I'll begin kegging after taxes come in and I am just about to move onto lagering. I have a 90s Armana side x side I am converting into a kegerator/fermenter. I look forward to being a member here sharing and offering to our collective knowledge.

Currently in my carboys I have two ales in primary one English brown, one pre-colonial style gourd/molasses brew. Next up is another brown and IPA, all for featured categories in an upcoming local Competition. The brown winner gets $500 bucks and their beer on tap for a month at a local brewery. Im excited, browns are my specialty. I am going to own this competition.
