Im from the uk and im new to brewing. Have tried a few kits and a few ciders from store juice. Got a vanilla chai mead on the go and also wblue berry vodka and blueberry whiskey liqueres.
Looking next to step up from demijohns to 3 gallon fermenter with a mixed berry/currant/cherry wine with a touch of cinnamon.
Major Disaster.
