Hello all, I am a noob as well with 3 extract batches and one partial under my belt. Those that I have been able to sample so far have exceeded expectations.
I should have my mash-tun set up for next week so I can start all grain brewing, and I am really looking forward to it.
I have been reading this site almost religiously for a while now, and can't thank many of you enough. I can honestly say that without homebrewtalk, I would not be attempting to go all grain anytime soon.
Yoopers House Pale Ale is going to be my first attempt.

Hi Back!

The more you read.. the more you understand that the Grain and the yeast "really" want to make beer!
