I am a mash brewer from Australia, still quite new to all grain brewing but its been a fun leap from extract and I have had good results so far. Only just became a member but I have read many threads on here over the past few months that have really helped me out so I thought I had better join and contribute.

Hey there, sorry for the late reply I've been away. The batches I am making range from 25-30 Liters, cant wait to get my own place one day and scale up though.

John Smith's is also an English brewery. Not particularly stellar beer.
