Hello everyone. My name is Robert and live in Edgewood, NM, about 25 miles east of Albuquerque. I've only assisted in brewing 1 batch of beer but that was all took to get me hooked. I was brewing with a buddy, who is also a fairly new brewer, but I'm currently looking into buying the equipment to brew myself. I've been reading through the threads here and I have already learned a lot, and I hope to learn much more from everyone here.
A little about me..
I'm 28 years old. Lived in New Mexico for 10 years. Don't ask why I chose New Mexico but its actually not too bad of a place, for the most part. I currently work for a company testing fire hose, ladders, and hydrants. I am an EMT and a volunteer firefighter and currently pursuing a career. Everything I enjoy is outside...except for brewing, which is the only indoor hobby I have.
Cheers! Hope to learn a lot!:mug:

Welcome to the hobby, and the group, from CO :mug:

You need a banjo burner, brewing outside is one of my favorite aspects of brewing!

I imagine the burner for my turkey fryer would get the job done for that. I had never thought about using that, but once the windy season slows down and dust settles I'm going to add that to the list of activities for the summer.

That's what most people use.
