I found your very cool forum yesterday, I was searching about SG beer (I’ll joint you SG group soon). My daugter is Coeliac and dad will do anayting for her, and share my passion for beer.

I’m French but no so bad in English, sorry if sometime my syntax is a bit spooky.

I’m an Homebrewer for 5 years with over than 100 original receipe and over 75 brews for now.

Yes! I’m a creative, and I change my airbrush for a brew kettle! Each time I need to try someting new or funky! Of course, I will share some of my recipes, let me the time to figure where I can put my those unusual style ;-)

It’s amazing how every body here is sharing receipe! Quebec (French) homebrewer dosen’t do that. They are all afraid about someone stole the idea.
