hello everyone! my name is Sue, and I live in Langley, British Columbia... close to Vancouver, and to the U.S. border.
I have made wine and mead, 5 gallon and 1 gallon batches. I also make kombucha, milk kefir, and I use my ginger bug to second ferment my kombucha and add it to other things as well.

it has a spigot, an airlock included for the hole in the lid, would this be a primary fermentor for beer? I would need to get some sort of clips to seal the lid, as it has a gasket, but the lid doesn't seal.
