Hey everyone, I just ordered my first kit through midwest supplies. I ordered there intermediate kit with a primary and secondary fermenter. I currently have Black Dog Ale in the primary. I am still working hard on collecting the 56 bottles that I will need in 2.5 weeks. haha.

I look forward to viewing this forum whenever I run into questions, however I am not sure how much I can contribute since I am just beginning. Wish me luck.

Good luck and welcome from Concord, NC. There's a Homebrew shop in Charlotte called Alternative Beverage, and a couple of nice Microbrew tap rooms. My favorite so far is NoDa, they have several great beers.

Aloha from Raleigh, North Carolina! I also just recently found this obsession--I mean hobby--3 batches of beer ago . Welcome to the boards! Every question you have can be found by searching in the forum search portal. Seriously, I have not thought of a question yet that hasn't at least been partially answered by people in the past on this forum, and I have probably accumulated over 15 to 20 hours worth of reading on this site!
