Hello all, I'm Michael from Upstate NY. Just started brewing and trying to expand from the everything included kits. Currently just doing 1 gallon starter batches and doing the extract method. I hope to be going into All Grain in a few months when I go to larger batches and learn more of the ins and outs. Look forward to learning this real fun hobby and now way of life !
