Very excited about having this fine resource in my pocket! I've been a member for about 4 days and someone already helped me avoid relative disaster! English Brown burping away on day 6 downstairs. Just transferred to secondary, and it tasted amazing!! My first batch. Happy brewing from northern Illinois! This batch will be making it up north for annual spring fishing in Hayward WI.
