Stumbled on this site at work and it's been great browsing so far. Lots of useful Information!

I'm new to brewing. I've done one brew a while back that was less than good, but I was hooked. So I've gotten a new 2 stage fermentation set.

What I'd love to start off with is a honey raspberry cream ale. I have a cream ale kit, I was just wondering how I should handle the honey and raspberries, I am planning on using fresh fruit. Thanks in advance!

Welcome! Starting by modifying a recipe you've never made probably isn't the best idea. If a problem develops, you can't tell if it is due to basic recipe or the changes.

Welcome! I've only got one batch under my belt, and IPA that I threw honey in. Everyone said it was a bad idea - but sods to 'em. Put your honey in the last few minutes of your boil, rack your beer onto your fruit in secondary fermentation. Good luck!

Welcome! Glad to hear your employers are getting their money's worth with you! Where abouts are you? Yeah, I agree you probably don't want to start with a fruit beer right off the bat... then again... screw it, why not?

Hah, I found the site looking for inspiration for a sign I was working on. So I saved the address so I could check up on during my lunch break. So it's not tooooo bad.

Yeah I was worried a little worried that if sommething goes wrong I wouldn't be able to really tell what. But I like to tinker with things.
Thanks again!
