Help!!

ok guys I just made my first juice kit. everything went suprisingly smooth (enter ominous music). ok so I put my 3 piece airlock in and what happens? well I pushed too hard..... popped the top frantically trying to find the o-ring. no where. I tried searching alittle with my spatula (gently) and nothing. What will this do to my wine ? - David

Since this is an O ring there should not be an issues. Food grade quality rubber should not impart or absorb any of the flavors. If it is not food grade just rack it again.
