Help with Keg Cooler

I have recently purchased the cooler below.

This is the tag that is on the inside condenser.

I am going to start cleaning it up and restoring some cosmetic damage. Does anyone recognize this unit? I would appreciate any information.

I am also trying to find a supplier for stainless hing covers pictured below.
