I'm a beer brewer normally but i have some friends who cant drink beer because of glutton so i thought i would try a cider for them. the only thing is i have no clue how to design a cider recipe. I was hoping for a cider around 10%abv that is in the middle when it comes to sweet and dry flavour so i can age it on some oak chips. Any help with making this recipe or if anyone has a recipe some what like this it would be awesome. thanks!
