I'm wondering if anyone with experience can suggest when to add tart cherry concentrate to a Berliner Weisse, in pursuit of a Cherry Wheat ale? FWIW, I'm seeking to emulate (not necessarily clone) Petoskey Brewing's Michigan Cherry Wheat, which is quite delicious and popular with someone close to me. ;)

I wasn't sure if this would be just before bottling, during boil, some of both?

Any input? I've made lots of beer, but nothing with fruit or fruit juice concentrate before.

Thanks in advance! :mug:

I added mine to the keg. Depending which you use, some will have some residual sugar that could cause you problems bottling. If you bottle, give a week or so to ferment out. Good luck!
