I've done a couple of Brewers Best kits (American Amber and Kolsch) and for my next act, I would like to piece together my own kit using extract. Not sure what style I'm looking at but it would be an ale with a profile something like this--
1. Color-- Amber (9 or 10 Lovibond)
2. Strong hop flavor and aroma but not too citrusy
3. Good balance between bitterness and sweetness shooting for about 30 IBU's.
4. Dry crisp clean finish.
Any idea's? What style would this likely fall into?
