Help! Possesed beer!

I am having the craziest thing happen when I bottle my beers. The first three weeks or so the beers are amazing, they are IPA's and taste great and smell amazing. After about three weeks, they taste really harsh and they lose all dry hop aroma, they just smell really bitter.

IPA's don't age well, the fresher the better, although I would think that 3 weeks shouldn't be long enough to start losing the hop aroma.

My IPA is usually best at 4-5 weeks. Maybe you didn't get a good boil &/or use enough hops?
