So this morning I brewed another 10 gal. of Orfy's mild. Love that beer....realized too late I didn't have anough airlocks for the carboys..****...had to cover it with sanitized foil.

anyway, kind of eased into the evening watching the Masters.(wearing red and black for Tiger)

started cooking fried chicken in honor of Fuzzy's dumb ass(didn't have any collard greens on hand)

went downstairs to check on the beer and the foil isn't bubbling. think my beer is ok?:cross:

damn! I know somebody that snuck in someones house tonight - stole some fried chicken and peed in a carboy..

heard the chicken was pretty damn tasty :rockin:

Newb. It takes at least 72 hours before your foil bubbles. And bubbling foil is not a sign of fermentation, it's merely a sign of nuclear fall-out from Japan.

Don't worry - your beer is fine; your thyroid is not.
