I'm following instructions that say to add the bittering hops in a muslim bag to the boil, after 30 min, add flavoring hops. But do I remove the bag with the bittering hops or leave it in for the entire boil?
 
Leave them in for the entire boil. A bag isn't really necessary for hops, it just keeps some sludge out of the fermenter.
