Just a remark:
Question 1 may not be clear enough, on first sight. When you talk about craft beer, I surmise you mean commercial craft beer, only, not including homebrew.

Generally, I would place homebrew under craft beer. And I think we on HBT drink a whole lot more of that than commercial (craft) beer.
