Will be bottling up my first try at an EIPA soon, but for the life of me I can't come up with a snappy name for it.
Pretty basic recipe, I think: 5.5% ABV / 53 IBU; mostly British pale with some wheat and touches of biscuit and C50/60L, plus a good dose of sugar; Northern Brewer for bittering, WGV for late adds and dry hop; S-04 yeast
Help me out!
