Hi all,
There's a bunch of stuff I want to brew at the moment, but I have a lot of odd's and end's building up from previous batches - so help a brother out.
Sugary Bits
1.5kg Amber Malt Extract
1.5kg Light DME (Mostly for starters, but could be put to good use for the right recipe)
1.5kg Maris Otter Pale
1kg Roasted Barley
0.85kg Chocolate Malt
0.5kg Carapils
0.3kg Crystal 60
0.2kg Special B
0.25kg Wheat Malt
500g - Date syrup ---> Extra points if you use this!
30g Fuggles
30g East Kent Goldings
30g Saaz
30g Perle
So what does this stuff say to you? I've never brewed a full on stout before, so I was leaning in that direction - possibly using some Date Syrup prior to trying that in a Belgian Quad.
Help me clean house yo!
