1st time hop grower and I went big this year planting 33 risomes. However I did plant late as I only planted on the 1st of May. I gave the plants a light watering the day of planting and the day after. Now it turns out it could flood in my area this weekend. I know hops don't need to be overly water after 1st planting, should I do anything? Note I don't expect my land to flood as I am in a higher area of town, but I am concerned about the large amount of rain fall.

First year hops need a lot of water. I wouldn't worry about it as long as you have halfway decent drainage.
