I have just completed cold crashing in my glass carboy that has not been used in awhile but was sanitized very well before use. I found this top layer floating on top of my beer. I have never seen it when I use my plastic fermentor. Is it infected or can I go ahead and keg? I know the side picture is just left over krausen but what is the stuff floating on top?
