Help !! Female quick disconnect not tight !!

I am putting together a re-circ/ chill ststem with a chugger pump, and the female QD is loose on the male ends when attached. I know it is the female end, because 7 other female QD are tight. is there any way to fix this, or will I need to just take them back and exchange them ?

What kind? If it's cam-lock, you might just be missing the gasket.

stainless click quick disconnect. barb on one end and female QD on the other.

Had a similar problem: $0.45 solution. I now keep a handful at all times in stock:

I guess you could try keg lube until then if you have it... good luck
