Hello All,
I am Matt a long time tinkerer of the brewing arts. I have always been and extract brewer but am thinking of dipping my toe into all grain. I am usually a fan of Pales, IPA' s, Ambers as well as I will try about any beer, and enjoy most of them.

I expect you'll like all grain brewing. It has pros and cons, but to me the best part was the magic of the mash.
