My name is Theron. I've been interested in brewing for years. Many people I have known over the years have done it and really enjoyed it.
I thought I'd try my hand at mead first since the equipment needs aren't as great as that of beer brewing and because I happen to like it too.
I've been watching videos, scouring the internet and I've just about read two books over the past few weeks on different techniques and recipes for brewing mead mostly, but also cider and beer.
I'm anxious to get started and expect since my last package arrives tomorrow it will likely be a Saturday event this weekend.
