Name is Don, been homebrewing for about 20 years. Donbrew has been my goto nickname and email since about 1997.
I thought that I had basically invented electric brewing and RIMS back in the 90's; until I accidentally found this site last week.
Back then I had to design and build my own PID (I have a poorly made circuit diagram if anyone wants it).
My electric brewery is 15 gallon capable. I just ordered some parts to upgrade my electronics.
I never knew anybody had named "my invention" of a beer keg electric boiler or thought of my 15 gallon HLT made out of a dairy farm cleaner keg with a water heater element.
My other activities include moderating a chevy hhr board.
