Hello all. Very new to home brewing. I am from Atlanta and I spent much of my early beer drinking (all bud products) in high school and college. I wasn't until I got out of college that craft beer began to enter my life. Down here in the south, we look at Sweetwater Brewery as the source of good craft beer. But, over the last few years, I have been trying other great craft beers through a specialty store near my house. So recently I bought and read the Complete Joy of Homebrewing by Charlie Pappazian and here I am. I did my first brew, all-grain brew, on 3/18/12. So, I still am learning and I appreciate all the advice I have received from a few questions I have had. So thanks, and cheers Ya'll!
