Hi all, I'm Ian. I got into brewing wine in high school, lost interest... well yesterday I found my 5 gallon carboy and thought "hmm, it's been too long, I'm going to brew some wine." I've been looking around the web for recipes and tips so I could get back on my feet. Well, here I am.
