I'm new here. I don't know anyone yet.
I've been brewing for about 4 years independently and before that I'd brew with my Mom.
Okay, you can stop laughing now.
I like hefes, and my best brew to date was a brew I called "What the Hef?" where I mixed five pounds of Blood Peaches with my hefeweizen and got a wonderfully flavored brew. I also like to experiment with high gravity brews, and am trying to make a triple IPA with an excessive amount of hops. My best work over all, of course, is my meads, the only brews I make 100% right every time (i sparkled it this year...it's like champagne with honey...).
