I have been lurking around for a while just wanted to say Hello to everyone. I have taken the last two months off for summer vacation so I'm starting to get going on the brewing again.

Well, speaking from experience, the summer is my time to brew like a madman to get me through the year!

No, I take the summer off to do Musky Fishing. I live in Illinois so no it is not south, just doing alot of fishing not brewing.
