So, I've recently started brewing about 6 months ago, and am already kegging. I wanted to join this website because I always find myself in the threads trying to learn something new. I am from Texas but am going on my third year in Germany.

Working for the armed forces actually. I am sure it is about the same as the states I would assume. the only difference is, I try to tweak their beer recipes to something that is even better. which to them im sure I am butchering it haha. everyone thinks you are crazy if you brew beer in Germany because it is so hard to find a bad one.
