I'm a new brewer in South Jersey. Originally from Philadelphia. I've found so much info on here from google searching all differnt types of brew topics. I've been on the site reading so much I figured I should join up. Hopefully some day I'll have some good knowledge to add to the mix.. I'm gearing up to brew a Lager. I like all types of beer, especially Porters and Stouts! Nice to be here!
