Hello members!

Name is Mark and I am a newbie to Home Brewing. Have been a beer fan for 20+ years and a finer/varied beer drinker for the past 10 or so.

My wife surprised me with a beginners, but substantial, home brewing kit with 2 fermenters and a bottling pail. I am all set to begin my first attempt at brewing next weekend. I'll be attempting a Northern Wheat (at least that's what the ingredients that were purchased with the kit indicate :D)

Excited to be here and I'll be sure to look around and READ, READ, READ!!!

Camden born and raised. Also around it like Woodlyn/Collingswood/Oaklyn before heading to Atlantic City as a teenager back in '69.

Got out of the Army in 1980 and went to Browns Mills for a couple of years then Mt Holly.

I still have family in Cherry Hill/Pennsauken and Williamstown area as well as Philly.

There are plenty of other brewers from Jersey on this site. I've actually met a number of them from NJHOPS.
