Hello everyone,
my name's Alessandro, i'm 36 and i'm an homebrewer!!.. or, better, I try to make beer because it's funny, because it's exciting, because it's satisfying ..and because it's good to drink (most of times).
Started from scratch with kits years ago I am now doing all grain (BIAB). I like to space in between styles but I prefer belgian styled beer and IPAs.
My fiancee is all about stouts..so i'm try to learn more about an almost completely unknown universe to me (lately brewing my own version of THE stout).
Hope we can discuss a lot and learn one from the other!
Oh, my "brewery" is in Torino (or better, in a small town close to) but I'm actually living in Genova: if some of you will ever pass through, give me a call..I would be glad to meet for a beer in town!
