Pretty new to the whole brew-fest. I've done 4 partial mashes and two all-grain batches. My last being a Ruination clone recipe picked up right here from someone called Yooper.:rockin: I will be racking to the secondary this weekend.

On another note. I have an American Ale in a carboy ready to keg. I used gelatin to clarify a week ago. I am debating whether to prime it thus giving it a bit more time to mature. How much longer would it take to carbonate since I clarified it?

Thanks all!

Welcome to the forums! Yooper brews great beers, so it should be a good one. I don't think the gelatin will increase your carbonation time. I've never used gelatin to clarify though, so I don't know if there are any other things you should look out for.
