Hi everyone,
My name Is John and I am from Newport TN. I got injured at work (power line vegetation management ) about 4 years ago, and had to go on disability. With all this free time to fill I about seriously went crazy before I discovered that I love making wine and other alcoholic beverages which my family really enjoys.
I recently decided to branch out into brewing.I am still in the research stage of my brewing plans, and would love any ideals on a good brew to start with.
I have found so far that most of the equipment I already have from wine making I can use with brewing as well.
My main fermenter is a 6.5 gallon food grade old pickle bucket that I got free from Mc Donalds lol but I also use a couple 1 gallon and 1/2 gallon glass jars for smaller batches. I will be ordering most of my supplies online because the closest brew shop to me is a 1.5 hr drive away, so if anyone knows any good online suppliers for a small scale noobie I would love to hear about them.
Thank you for your time and recommendations

Check out Label Peelers. They are in Ohio, but have really good prices. I'm not too sure about shipping, because they are only 2 miles from my house. I hope you enjoy brewing. Have fun.
